Default 1996 disco cranks but won't start

good morning.

thanks to all who helped with yesterdays hazard light flashing issue. we pulled the hazard fuse in the underhood fuse panel and started the engine. lights stopped.

now it will crank but wont start. any ideas?

we were in some deep puddles last night. are there any extra sensative to water things i should be checking? pulled the batt ground and let it sit for couple hours. replaced the fuses in the under hood fuse box.

please help.

thanks

If you have not used dielectric grease on all thc connections you have a water problem.
The ECU is next to the washer jug and has a drain hole in the bottom corner.
