Wife was driving today and ac fan switch is stuck on 4. will not budge. After the removal of 7000 screws and a few choice words it is apart but still can not see why it sticks. Rear ac will light up and controller in rear works. Front ac does not light up. Any idea. Only 93 today!!!

Would be cool but ac will not go on. Switch has been twichy for last several month. You had to jiggle just right and hold your tongue just right and it would work.

Gotcha, I think you need a new HVAC control unit.
