Default 1999 D2 Engine Harness Question

Good day, I'm replacing the engine harness on my 1999 D2 4.0L. Everything went fine until the very last connector. The 12 conductor multi connector near the fire wall on the left side, under the coolant reservoir was slightly different and won't seat. Through wiring is a little different too. Can someone ID this connector for me? I'm thinking of splicing the old harness connector but there are a couple of different wire colors too.

Possible to re-upload pics and make them larger size? Can't really see em, then can perhaps help more. Did you replace the harness w/ same year (and either SAI or non SAI) to match your car?

Bottom connector is on the new harness.

I'm not sure if this applies, but there were some 99 D1 and 99 D2 in the 99 year model (split year as I recall).

I stared at this thing for long time and then the light shined through the heavens. There was a piece of the old connector left in the ebay harness I purchased. All good there now.
