Default 1999 Disco I Low/No oil pressure

Hello, I posted this in new member as well. My low oil light came on the other day, I shut it down and parked it. Oil level is OK. Started it back up briefly and it doesn,t seem to be pumping, due to a little clacking in top valve cover. Are the oil pump and timing chain one in the same? I have 80,000 miles on my rover. Any suggestions please help.

pull the valve cover on the noisy side. we found a
cracked rocker shaft and a broken pushrod with
same noises and low pres. it might be the same
thing on yours.
