In some ways yes, but that was a cool RRC and will always be a favorite. I had only been back from deployment for a couple days before I flew cross country and bought it. Then drove it home. Best way to come home, in a Rover!

Wait a minute, am I reading this right. You drove a RRC cross country and lived to tell the tale? I mean it didn't burst into flames or have a catastrophic engine/electrical/transmission failure? Impressive.

Yea you would think it would be safer going down route Pluto or brewers in a convoy back in 05 than driving that across country
