2000 Dics codes P0446 and 1174

2000 Dics codes P0446 and 1174
I have a 2000 Disc 2 with 189,000 miles new O2 sensors. But I知 now I'm still getting two codes P0446, 1174 does anyone have a clue where I should start .
I put in new plug wires and plugs,Gas Cap and coil pack. And I only use 93 octane gas

P0446 CVS valve / pipe blocked
Your CVS is blocked. Don't believe you can clean this, but might try some sort of injector cleaner added to gas.
