I'm replacing the quarter light window on my 2000 DII and I'm stuck on step 7 of removing the door window, "Remove 2 bolts securing glass to regulator." (p938 D2 Workshop Manual). I can't seem to locate these two bolts. Are they easier to access if the window is lowered? If so, is it possible to lower the window if the rear window motor is shot?
