Just an FYI,

The oil separator on the valve cover was completely clogged, i pulled it and cleaned it.

Now I know why the Throttle body was getting so dirty so fast.

Dude those are shiny heads. Awesome! I bet they took a long bath in some acid cleaner. I say thats a deal for $150

Dam those heads looks nice! So what exactly do they do at the machine shop besides bring them back to spec if warped? That's some serious cleaning! I love it!

I'm in Falmouth...

We should really try to get a Cape Rovers thing going to give each other a hand with these pain in the *** jobs.

there was a rover group down here a while back, a lot of off roading, i dont know what happened to it though.

In this case, they pressure tested the valves, in a lot of cases the seals are replaced, but they were pretty happy with mine. also, my heads werent too bad, they were machined flat, and polished, off about .002. they have seen worse. but first they cleaned them
(i think, only hot sopay presurized water no chemicals.)

turn around was a day.
