#11
Ok I got codes.
P0305 - P0308 for misfires in random cylinders, autozone guy said cyliners 5 and 8.
Also, got code P1688 which he listed as a (general motors ?) Fault for Generator L terminal control circuit.
Got my plat +4 plugs and 8 mm wires today.
Thanks again all for the continuing help.

I decided to purchase replacement coil packs as well since I am going to be in the area anyways. Read the sticky on changing wires without removing IM , is tha also applicable to changing out coil packs as well? Just wanted to make sure I could get to both.thanks again all

UPDATE:
8mm Wires and +4 Plat plugs in. My Disco Runs Great again. While I had off all the intake hoses I also followed the sticky for cleaning out the throttle body. That sucker was DIRTY!
Everything is cool now, no more service engine light. Disco Mike, Thanks for saving me a couple hundred bucks and having to remove my IM!
for everyone else out there reading, Stickies for plug change w/o IM removal and TB cleaning work GREAT, thanks to the owners of those stickies!
