Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone ever tried to put the Jaguar/Land Rover AJ-V8 in 4.2, 4.4 or 5.0 NA or supercharged versions into a D2?

Just the thought of having 500 hp stock and the beautiful sound of this engine is like a wet dream ))

I am expecting it not to be easy but difficult might be possible???

Yes, it could be done. If you have a checkbook that must be moved by forklift....

But consider that Rovers are designed to have fun going slow or not at all. And you will have a new friend at the shop.

You can also consider mods to your engine to expand it, the Brits and others have been at this for years and there are a number of sites and firms that cover that pretty well.
