Arrow 2003 Discovery Idle Issue (codes listed)

I was taking the family on a ride on a rainy day in our 2003 Discovery when we noticed a slight sporadic rough idle followed by a SES light. I immediately took the car to the nearest parts store and pulled the following:

P1300 (Catalyst Damaging, Misfire Multiple Cylinders)

P0132 (O2 Circuit, High Voltage, Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P1129 (Upstream O2 Sensor, Connected Incorrectly)

P0301 (Cylinder 1 Misfire)

P0303 (Cylinder 3 Misfire)

P0305 (Cylinder 5 Misfire)

I noticed the rough idle again no more then 15 miles later. I'm hoping someone could give me some advice or guidance on what to do next.

On a side note, I'm thinking of purchasing this code reader on ebay: OBD II SCANNER CODE READER SCAN TOOL OBDII OBD2 2 LIVE ERASE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT | eBay do you guys think it will work with an 03 discovery?

Thanks in advance! (Sorry for the 2-part noob question)

I have that scanner, it is a good one, it also reads live data.
But you can do better, get one of these, I also have one, it stays in the truck at all times.
UltraGauge Automotive Information Center and OBDII Scan Tool

When was the last time your truck had a tune up?

@Spike555
That gauge looks pretty slick! We just purchased the Disco a month ago, not sure on the last tune up. Thanks for the reply!

The number one place to start is with a tune up.
STI, Magnecore or Kingsbourne plug wires, any others and you will have problems.
Spark plugs use whatever you want, they came with Champion copper plugs from the factory.

@Spike555
Thanks for the advice! Do you think a tune up would correct a virtual laundry list of fault codes like this?

BTW: Cool water conservation website! You have a few broken images though. Mostly due to thinkinblack.com

If you are looking for a good scanner, go to CanOBD2.com - Tools
and read up on the 3130, it will do a lot on your vehicle except for the ABS, SRS and SLS.
If you are going to want the best and have the money, go to the Hawkeye, sold on Atlantic British and DAP, it will do everything you could ever need and more.
If the 3130 works for you buy it on Amazon for around $134, think that is what I paid for mine.
As for you trucks current issues, send me your number, I would be glad to walk you thru what to do and look for.
