I would look for a better deal. I got my 2004 with 42k miles for $14,500.

I'm going to jump back in again. Like I mentioned earlier, it's value is what it is worth to you, and the location you are at. Here in Idaho they nail us hard for 4 wheel drive vehicles. On every new car lot, brand new 4X4 vehicles have on the factory sticker "market adjustment" and on a new Dodge Diesel 3500 4X4 that is plus$2200 right out of the box and it carries all the way down on the used vehicles. The LRstealership here has an '03 with 46K milesfor $20K. Then you go down to the not so good lots (tote the notes)and get an '00 with 90K miles for $8995. Check kbb.com and put your zip code in and check trade in value and private party value andif you are somewhere in between it is a fair deal for your area, if it is lower you are getting agood deal. My point is do your research with the tools out there. www.kbb.comand www.nada.com and buy what you are comfortable with.
