Default 3 amigos and M S lights flashing after HG job

all put back together correctly now, after a Head Gasket job. released the parking brake and got the 3 amigos. I have a ABS- AMIGO vI-USB and used it. It output the following:

1.--Current Faults---->
Active Faults:
None
Logged Faults:
None
<-END Faults
------------------------------------------------------------
* *
------------------------------------------------------------
..--Previous Faults--->
Active Faults:
None
Logged Faults:
064:Front Right sensor electric fail
Front Right Sensor Bad Output
<-END Faults
------------------------------------------------------------
* *
------------------------------------------------------------
..--Previous Faults--->
Active Faults:
None
Logged Faults:
Front Right Sensor Bad Output
<-END Faults

So what do I do now?? Or what did I do to cause this? It didnt have the amigos before I tore into last week? And not sure what the flashing transmission mode lights indicate either??

And lastly....when pulling back into my driveway post test drive, it felt like it wanted to "slip" in the transmission as in the rpms would go up but the transmission wouldnt engage fully??

Check your battery cable connections for tightness and good contact (free of corrosion) flashing M&S lights can be caused by low voltage (as well as the 3 amigos). Check the trans fluid level (with engine running) that sounds like low fluid level. Can't see how the trans would be related to the head gasket repair (unless you took the trans out to get to the back bolts)

your amigo should have given you the hint that it was the battery when it says there is nothing wrong. the M&S blinking is your trucks transmission in limp mode, it will stay stuck in 3rd gear which is why you thought the transmission was acting up. it can be caused by low voltage from the battery, failed xyz sensor, and a few other common problems.

fully charge the battery and check for lose or not connected grounds, before going crazy.
