Exclamation 3 chimes

Well the past few days i have noticed my breaks to become spongey as if a failing master cylinder. when i break hard though it chimes 3 times fast. no warning lights or anything i checked with a regular obd 2 for the 1590. also my breaks are really squeaky. dont know if that could be a cause.

it may not be related but I could tell a big difference in braking response with new lines and a fluid exchange.
