Default 5.0 Conversion "kit"?

I had never heard of this before but someone locally on CL is selling it... I'll post the text and get the images on here cuz i'm sure the ad will go away at some point

"This kit includes the following parts a modified 4.6 crank from a stock Land Rover 4.6 engine , it has Engle rods and Keith black pistons. And the correct size injectors to match the bore size. This is a used kit and everything worked fine. This kit is to make your 3.5 , 3.9 , 4.0 , 4.6 block into a 5.0 so blocks from 1980 - 2000 can use this kit. "

Anyone heard of anything like this before?

This kit is pistons / rods and crank along with newer injectors. Nothing about ECM mods or tuning..

That does not appear to be the correct crank either. Looks like 4 cyl to me.

5.0 kit is a thing. Never heard much on the reliability of it but I know they have been doing them for years.

Looks like a v8 crank to me

RPi Engineering's websites lists these parts for sale. Have you thought about contacting D&D in MI? That guy is the Buick 215 Guru.

If it's a modified 4.6 crank them the journals would've been turned down at am offset to increase the stroke. The kits exist, I always wanted one when my plan was to keep the Rover v8.
