I'll take it down to the shop to have then give me the results, voltage, etc. sadly I have no clue what to say I need done exactly since I'm no mechanic.

I'll check out eBay as mentioned for a used fuel pump.

What's been happening the last few days is the engine light will turn on then the "M" and "S" starts blinking. The drive "D" blinks as well. When this happens it feels like it gained a ton and drags when I step on the gas.

Once I turn off and turn on the Disco it starts back up and runs as if nothing happened.

One more thing, how do I test the fuel pressure? Really don't trust this local mechanic.

Before you go to the shop, send me your number and I'll walk you thru what needs to be done.
Also, never install a used pump, all you are doing is swapping your old pump for another one that could be worse, assuming you actually need one.

for test purposes you can use a tire gauge to test fuel pressure, it wont be exact but it will tell you if you have pressure. There is a shrader valve in the rear of the engine by the coils

An Update,

Not sure if its the cam shaft sensor, I know it states sensor.

Now that she is not running, But the Disco does still crank like it wants to start. I was able to retrieve the codes. Here is a list of what the diagnostics machine produced:

P1590 - Rough road signal, impulsive drive cycle, A: signal impulsive

P0340 - Camshaft position sensor, A: circuit (Bank 1 or single sensor)

P0560 - System Voltage

P1536 - Air Conditioning Compressor, power stage fault drive cycle, A: Signal Missing.

Thanks

Mike, I been trying to reach your phone but I don't want to trouble you by constantly calling.

Disco, now wont start at all and when when ignition is in position 2 the windows wont roll down.

Also a weird thing the other day, When I got it to run temporarily, when I attempted to lock the doors as I was driving, instead of locking the doors, the horn would honk.

I have been reading throughout the forums and don't want to conclude it's the cam shaft position sensor, don't think it would be responsible for the other weird events with the disco.

Where do I check the voltage? and If Disco needs to be running to check the voltage them I'm assuming I can't?

Thanks

Don't mean the post a million message just updating in case anyone else is also having the same problems.

Thanks for the convo DiscoMike.

After we spoke I took the battery out to autozone and had it tested and it was 12.5v with a load.

I popped the battery back in and extra tightened the connectors and it started right up, prior to doing nothing. I will invest in new battery connector cables and see if I run into any more problems.

Thank you.
