Oddly enough, there wasn't any leaking on mine and so I just did Josh's Option B and that solved it. In terms of braking, I had to bleed the brakes anyway and so I do notice better, firmer braking, but that's a result of bleeding the brakes and not the ABS/SVS fix.
Took about 2.5 hours for everything including bleeding, road testing, and bleeding again.
I took out the unit to work on it in air conditioned space, watching TV. Glad I did, because some of those bolts needed some leverage/bar to loosen and that would've been tough on the knuckles on the truck.
