Default ABS Fault

2004 NAS Discovery II w/SAI

I've got the 3 amigos AND the brake light illuminated. My pads have plenty of life in them. I checked the ABS sensors on all 4 wheels and can't tell if they're in snug or loose. Looks like the wire kinds disappears to the inside of the rotor. Do I have to remove the rotor?

I also looked up the 'blink method' of jumping OBD pins 5 and 15 to read out the codes but nothing happened.

And yes, I fixed (option B) the 3 amigos a while back and have not had problems since.
