Default ABS Fault

Logged Faults:
033:Front Left out valve open circuit
034:Rear Right in valve open circuit
035:Rear Right out valve open circuit
074:Rear Right in valve short to supply

Does this sound like the shuttle valve or the the right rear speed sensor?

any thoughts?

I have not done either repair on the abs unit yet.

Thanks

Option b, probably replace the valves themselves as well if they're leaking

It’s been a while since I dealt with this, but it sounds as if your valves are leaking, and if you take them out you can see the brake fluid in them. You may as well do option b at the same time. I got my kit at Falconerrks for the rebuild. Worked like a charm.

Default Fix

I'll do the b, I have replaced the shuttle valve on other trucks. Never had a fluid leak.

I have a hard time paying their ask for a couple rubber rings.

very intermittent, will probably end up being a hub.

It sounds like a case for Option B and replacement of the shuttle valve seals. They are available in the US from Falconworks. Pricey, yep, but there are no other options as WABCO won't sell you them, I've tried! Don't forget to power bleed the primary system after fitting them or you'll gain nothing. Whilst doing all this also replace your old master cylinder and reservoir also. Get your hands on a good brake nut spanner before you start and also some bleed nipples as usually they are very rusty.
