ABS light on...? No codes...??
Just as the title says... The ABS light is on yet there are no codes in the my scanner. I searched ABS / Discovery II section and no matches...?? Any help would be appreciated...!!
You won't get a engine fault code. You need a specific Land Rover scanner that reads ABS codes.
It's a pretty expensive 2014 Snap-On Solus Edge. It communicates w Anti-Lock Brakes and gave me codes 119 Front Left Sensor (Output Intermittent) & 134 Shuttle Valve Switch (Electrical Failure). I cleared it to see what comes back and codes are gone (for now) although the ABS light is still on.

I think your Snap On scanner will do what you need.
The Shuttle Valve switch is a common failure -
You want to do OPTION B
The left front sensor issue is a can of worms. Could be the sensor, hub (wheel bearings), wiring, or SLABS (ABS Computer).
Good luck. I've had a similar problem with my left rear for the last year and still haven't cracked the code.

Thanks Again Dr. I did find that link on my own doing some late night searching. It appears someone has already been probing around as my entire ABS unit had junkyard #'s written on it w a marker and my harness is somewhat unwrapped.
Ohhh and the ABS light did go out as soon as I started driving. (For now)
