Have you done the PCV mod?

PCV mod done. If that is the case with the front main I’ll probably get that done sooner than later. That just leaves me codes p1412 and p1415 which is SAI, and then my cruise control. Boy do I miss cruise control

Well hopefully who ever was the last one to put that bolt in there didn't torque it to spec. Of course you can always put a 1/2 extension through the flexplate and break it loose.

respliced using more heat shrink to provide more signal shielding. This helped the problem but came back soon after. Code going away for a little was probably unrelated.

ended up just buying a hub from fcp euro with lifetime warranty and the wheel speed sensor already installed. changed the whole thing out. My truck is pretty not rusted so came out easily but didn’t read rave so wasn’t aware the axle would come with it. Tried using advanced auto 2 jaw puller kit but it broke one of the teeth on the jaw. Had to go borrow a buddies shop press (harbor freight one) and press it out. Also be aware that rave calls for Loctite 648. Green stuff. Said not to handle until parts were locked together enough to handle but I couldn’t tell since it was assembled. It cures without oxygen so I just let it sit for 24 hours before driving.

ABS codes and lights are gone!

Time to fix more stuff!

Back again… That hub didn’t last more than 200 miles before the bearing crapped. Ordered from FCP Euro so they replaced it no problem. Installed again following the rave manual. This time hub is good, over 300 miles on it but as soon as I put it in I was back to ABS codes. Getting “Right rear signal erratic”

Codes and lights only show up after 10mph. Watching live data, everything looks good. All wheels are consistent. No speedometer abnormalities. Wish I could see a voltage output or something to see if it looked off but only get mph on my scanner.

tried adding a shim to the sensor and didn’t work.

Need a fresh mind to give me some ideas.

I have had these issues, I have a scanner that shows the square wave and still have the issues. A bit of work but start by swapping sensors left and right, and if that does not do it swap the hubs. Some guys have had luck disconnecting the sensor and using di-electric grease in the connection and reassembling.
