I'm thinking about ordering a new clutch bearing because its only 20 bucks. If that's the problem simple fix. If not then I'm gonna have to have someone swap one for me. I think you need special tools to properly remove the Freon in the system and then re charge it. I'm thinking of just paying a little extra and getting a new Denso. There is a parts guy who can get it for me for 280 after tax etc. Might be worth it.

 

no one likes a hot Disco except those in the frozen north in winter.

Took the AC compressor pully off and found this under!







Looks like I'm missing a few ball bearings + destroyed the clutch.

But the splined rod spun freely so I think the compressor is OK. I ordered a rebuilt kit and should have it in a couple days. Cross your fingers this fixes it.
