Default ACE Continuing problems w/ front hose

Currently working on my ACE on an 03 Discovery. Replaced the valve block (with the UK remanufactured version). But soon after blew the front high-pressure hose off the pump. Tried to fix it up with a new heavy-duty hose from Napa, with multiple styles of hose clamps. IT blew all of them off either at the pump or the connection beneath the fan housing. Ordered the OEM. Connection at the pump is now totally secure. But with a standard compression fitting at the other end, it also blew it off. I may have over-tightened it during installation. Didn't realize you weren't supposed to put all your might into a compression fitting. Ordered a 3/8" compression fitting that's rated to 5000psi and will try that when it arrives. I've checked the pipes for any kinks that may be increasing pressure but see none. Do anyone of you who likely know a lot more than me have any ideas? Thanks in advance for any expertise you can lend!

I'm sorry. I don't have any advice. I've never had a truck with ACE. In for pics of your driveway though!

I have a '00 with ACE, installed the UK block, front hose was seeping fluid but did not blow. Got one from Lucky8 for about $210. Listed on eBay, but it is Lucky8's eBay store.

Installed it, perfect fit. No more problems or leaks.
