Default ACE suggestions

The ACE main line from the pump down to the union behind the RF tire was leaking at the transition from rubber hose to steel line, just below the radiator. Got the new line from Lucky8 (Britpart) and had my independent mechanic install it. The ACE system worked great, just a leak in the line. Now I'm sure that with the new line installed, there is air in the system, as the fluid no longer circulates in the reservoir when the engine is running, and a "whir" can be heard from the pump. Always had circulation in the reservoir before the hose change.

I know that some have suggested driving curvy roads, to engage the ACE system, rocking the Disco back and forth while parked and running, driving rapidly around a roundabout (of which my city has numerous ones). Another local shop has the software to bleed the ACE system. And I have a Nanocom which has the bleed function.

I'm concerned about bleeding it myself as it seems to be an involved procedure and I have a garage and 4 jack stands but that it.

Any thoughts from the group would be helpful. Right now the truck is parked because of a leaking front crankshaft seal and I'm waiting on the part.

Thanks in advance.

Do it yourself!!!!!!! I LOVE the ACE system! If you have the ability with the Nanocom, it’s worth the effort. The system isn’t particularly complex other than there are a million lines and components and places to leak accordingly. Once you get it sorted out, you’ll be glad to have it.

I've done a lot of work on my ACE, never had to bleed it even after pulling the valve block out and reinstalling. Just drove figure 8's in a parking lot.
