You cant just get new shocks and not get new springs if you add that weight to the front.

At this age you are going to need new springs and shocks anyway real soon, especially if you add the extra weight anyway.

Medium or heavy duty, Your choice.

You'll be glad you did.

If I were to change my suspension, I would use a medium duty kit. I don't need the capabilities of the heavy duty. I just need time to think about it because, like I said, I have not every seen a suspension mod turn out well. But there is a first time for everything. Thanks again.

Shop wisely, I used an OME MD kit with no extra weight and the ride was quite stiff for city use and after two and a half years is just starting to soften up.

I hear that the TF MD setup is a bit softer.

The main point is you don't want to be adding extra weight onto your old springs and shocks. they may seem ok now but the extra weight will kill them fast if they are still original stock. Then you will be forced to update your suspension.
