Default After Head Gasket now no fuel

I have completed a head gasket job on my 03 disco with 116,000 got it back together and hooked up the battery. Went to start it and the flashers will not shut off and the truck will not start. Does the fuel rail need to be primed? The plugs are dry after about a total of 3 min cranking not all at once. I have a charge on it for now and will try again in a hr. or so.

Did you replace the fuel pump relay if you removed it?
Is the gas line connected to the fuel rail, it may have popped off.
Press the schrader valve at the left back of the fuel rail and see if you have fuel pressure.

Press the immobiliser button on the right side of the firewall. With the flashers on, and engine no start, that would be where I'd start. On the passenger (right) side of the firewall, there is a black plastic button with a rubber button cover. Press the rubber button to reset it. It's there in case of an accident to shut off your fuel pump.
