@Externet I don't have the resources to attempt a repair myself and shops are so expensive here plus long wait times. That's why I need to sell, although it hurts so much.

Yeah I figured that's the case, that's why I didn't say to buy it back from insurance, and get a donor, and save it. If I was closer I'd take it off your hands as I have 2 perfect 03 D2 bodies in mint condition.

Just saw your Disco on the TV news when was pulled upright on its four ! Explore body shops; there has to be an affordable one, or do it in baby steps.

It's to expensive here, that's why I need to get rid of it. Makes a great parts car or it's for someone who can DIY.

Yes, I know Ripoffornia prices too well.
Does not look like a daily driver; use it as such with all its wrinkles and a plastic film to impede rain ingress. If you sell it, will get little money not enough to make sense; and that someone will spend for the repair. Why not you ? Worst case, delay the sale until digesting well a decision. Look for an affordable shop for a good while before selling.

I am in the SF Bay Area, no chance to find a location and repair quote that makes sense.

Call humble shops in Napa, Concord, Stockton... San Joaquin valley small towns. Nothing fancy. It is ~an hour drive...

I'm wondering if the damage to the drip rail area is structural. Some roof racks attach on the drip rail section. I was in a roll over accident in a D2 and that section definitely played a role in the roof not fully caving in. Not 100% sure but if it does return to the road it may be worth noting.
