Okay, thanks. Got the unit in but cannot get it plugged back into the harness. Just cannot reach it, neither from above or below. Most single frustrating thing to date for what should be so simple. Will try and drop the exhaust to see if I get a few more inches.

You shouldn't have to drop the exhaust. Make sure the plug is routed correctly and it should connect just fine.

Tried for 2 hours yesterday and could not. Can barely just touch the plug from the top with fingertips so that isn't helping. Cannot seem to hold and orient the plug from the bottom either. All the SAI crap on top might need removing. I did this before a couple years ago but just can't seem to get it this time. Was hoping dropping the exhaust might give the needed inch or 2 more.

No need to remove any of the SAI, the plug is just in an awkward spot.
An extra set of hands really helps.

I do have a helper. Will try now and see but so far cannot get hands down far enough, and we are pretty small people.

Gave up after another 3 hours. Just can't reach from the top to hold while someone plugs from the bottom. Will try and find a shop that will try and finish it up. Had the truck 10 years and I think this is enough for me to get rid of it. After swapping most everything out, head gasket, brakes, everything just about this was the most frustrating.

One of these may help to grab it from the top with.
