Default antena plug

when i bought my rover the previous owner wanted to keep there aftermarket radio what ever, so i put in my own but did notice any plug for the antena i looked through the rave and did some searches. But was woundering does it plug into the raido it self of the stock amp i dont want to have to pull the head liner just to trace the wires...

The workshop manual for the D2 (in car entertainment) lists an "aerial amp" which is above the passenger side fixed glass in the rear. That's where the antenna is molded into the glass. The repair page for that says it has a coax, and that goes to back of radio head in dash.

thanks for the help i just say that late last night now i just need to find it in the dash and an addapter to go to my radio who know what the previous owner did with it

You may also have to consult the RAVE electrical wiring diagrams to be sure the remote antenna amp is still getting power with the new set up.
