Default Anti Theft Mode - Lost Keys

Hello all! This is my first time posting but I'm looking for some help. I have a 2002 Discover II. We lost both keys to the vehicle, we have gotten into the vehicle but it is in anti theft mode. I am looking for a solution to reset it, or take it out of anti theft mode without having the keys. Is there a way to do this?

Get hearing protection.

Open hood and disconnect battery. Remove hearing protection.

Remove drivers door inner panel. Remove drivers door handle and lock assembly.

Shut door. Hook up battery and shut hood.

Reach in with tool to manually lock and unlock assembly. Alarm is now turned off and the rover happy.

However, you still can't start her but you can now get in the vehicle without setting off the alarm.

Get locksmith to make you a key or find donor disco to take keys, ignition and door switch from.

The barrel failed in our 99, now running all 03 lock parts.

Reprogram key fob if desired for keyless entry.
