Anybody know why Land Rover went to a smaller alternator for the 4.6

So far so good. Drove around for an hour early this morning with everything turned on (including the rear defroster) with my OBD2 HUD and the re-man Bosch ran like a champ. Voltage was 14.5 at start-up 14.1 to 14.3V warmed-up. Loving the 130A Bosch. Wished I switched out the 120A Valeo years earlier.

I have the stock alternator on my 03 don’t see any issues.
You might have a issue with your old alternator or electrical system
