Can anyone who has added auxiliary driving lights, via the use of an additional cruise control switch tell me where they connected the switch illumination and ground connections?

Is it best to go directly into the headers in the dash? Is there some easier way?

Could I tap the illumination feed from the unused park assist switch in the binnacle?

I was considering running the ground back into the engine bay and mounting all four ( two lights, one relay, one switch ) to the same engine bay ground post.

That would leave the illumination tap as the only question.
