Default Best headlight bulbs...opinions???

Well, my beater around town has become my wifes daily driver. She loves it and I cant be more thrilled as I dont have to buy her anything new..for now. I want to put alittle money into it to make it as safe as possible for her and my 2 little ladies and want to put new headlights in since I noticed last night they just dont shine like they should. Its a 02 SE II. Any knowledge of a great bulb or are they all just tit for tat as bulbs are fairly inexpensive. Just curious. Thanks as always!

what are you looking to spend?

i spend $80 online and got piaa ultra whites. very crisp and clean beam. for some reason when it comes to bulbs the better bulbs cost more. i used to sell auto parts and stock replacement bulbs were fine, but everyone wanted more light etc. if you buy the $20 ultra whites they always burn out fairly fast. the better stuff is made from better materials and when it comes to lighting i will always go for whats best. seen too many bulbs burned out on cheap stuff to not see the need to spend some more cash.

but thats just me
