Default Big Surprise: Electrical issues

So took care of some basic mechanical issues (Cv joint, wheel bearing) and got my disco back on the road after charging up the dead battery (it had sat for awhile). The wiper fuse popped and after replacing it twice it seems to be good to go. The front sunroof is out of order though along with my aux lights(these never worked). I checked the switch for the sunroof by swapping it for the rear switch. It didn't work this way either so I'm thinking that the relay is probably shot (the silver box further in that compartment). Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated.

The RAVE electrical circuits diagrams and electical library are your pal. The tiny only-read-by-a-cell-phone-collection-attorney numbers by the junctions indicate the connectors, in the library it lists them all with pix of location usually. Plus wiring diagrams in color. $10 volt meter and yor are ready to go hunting.
