Default Blower seems to not engage!

So ok guys .. I have been running fine since my last fix to the starter . I’d like to thank all of you patrons for quick responses and guiding me with the rover . Here I am again on need of assistance! My air conditioner has been splendid all the way up until like a couple of weeks ago . It started out by not cutting on at all sometimes when I cut my truck on . Then sometimes I would hop in and it would turn right on !? So I went to the forums and assumed maybe the blower motor was going out . Or maybe the resistor but I had air through out each speed so it canceled that out . Then all of a sudden it died to no return . The air still displays like it’s coming on and I can hear an audible click when it’s turned off and on but no sound from the blower . How ever I did notice a single wire running from the battery to I don’t know what as it was dangling on the passenger floor . After research I assume that the previous owner had issues with what I’m finding out now . I seen a few forums to where they hardwired the blower relay to the battery and got it to cut on . I had no such luck and don’t know why the previous owner didn’t have it plugged in or did he and it just made its way out ? I watched a video on the subject but the guy kind of blocked out the most important part ( where does the wire attach !?? ) I have seen the other complicated post of the guy bypassing it all together and attempted to try it but got lost as he doesn’t have clear enough details either . If your here still and see can see this post , Help would be much appreciated as I can assume I have a bad fuse block or something similar given the amount of people who have the same issue .. I just need to know what’s the easier option to get air please it’s so hot guys .. the direct wire method was attempted and it also has an inline fuse but nothing .. I tried on both ends of the brown / reddish wire and it’s not doing anything . No blower action . Help ! Also jumpered the blower fan to battery and it ran so fan is ok !
