I just switched mine with Pioneer TS-A1702C. It is separate 2-way set, I just didn't bother with the tweeters. It was a tight fit but I managed to get the door unit back together. They sound pretty good, just don't expect super low rattling bass. They are 4 ohm 230 watt max and come with small mountable amps. Best Buy has them for $150 a set. Hope this helps.

HA HA, thats funny I just looked at a picture of the crossover online and it really does say amplifier on it, and this is why I wouldn't buy anything from Pioneer!!! I wonder if they do this cause people will buy it cause it will sound "amplified"!!!
the crossover network actually says amplifier at the top because thats the side that will connect to the amp (at least thats what I gather from the pic I saw), Frank4 if you have the crossover installed I would actually remove it because that amp channel is already filtered and you are actually taking away from the signal by using it.
I shouldn't badmouth Pioneer they make great products and nobody should think otherwise just because I wouldn't buy from them. I just disagree with some of there tactics is all.
