Daniel Stern Lighting - Fog Lamps
But you have to be careful, just because it says "fog" in the ad, often they aren't.

He said the pressure point of the light mounting will take the stress of the exposed edges.

my honest opinion: TP powder coat sucks, it more like a plastic dip, you can cut it with your finger nail.
But with that said; I think if you find a light that is sandwiched between the bumper using an outside cover, if you caulk the fixture you will be ok.
I plan on doing my bumpers in bedliner when I have time, at least that will hold up to minor scrapes.

We have our dirt bike frames, swingarms and other stuff powder coated all the time, and it isn't anything like Plastic Dip. Very durable.
Does the powder coat that Terrafirma use suck really bad?

should have read Terra Firma powder coat, yes in my opinion it sucks.
it will be nothing like your bike frame or swing arm I can assure you.
I have heard bullsh*t line about the European powder coat standards are less,
but you cant see that by my BMW r100.
But that JMHO

I guess my approach is to be as careful as possible with heat generated when drilling. Put about 3 layers of blue masking tape on both sides of the hole. Maybe use a colbalt twist drill bit at low speed with machine oil instead of using a hole saw bit. Start much smaller than the hole needed and work my way up to about 1/8" of the minimum clearance needed. Sand the edges of the powder coat to prevent cracking and finish with a dremmel etching bits. Finish off the edges with some car touchup paint.
Should be good to go!
Or, just take it to a machine shop that knows what the F they are doing. Better for blood pressure.
