Default Bought a Disco

Well I pulled the trigger yesterday. 2004 Discovery S with 41K miles for $11,500. One previous owner. All maintenance done at the LR dealer. Overall it seems like its in great shape. The interior is in absolutely great shape. I don't think anyone ever sat in the back seats. The exterior is in very good shape with only a minor ding or scuff here or there. No rust anywhere. The draw backs (for now!)......no tow package, no integrated garage door function and no heated seats.

The seats are leather. So per www.landroverforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29818 apparently all I have to do is change out the center window/heated seat switch panel.

So, can the garage door opener function be added by simply getting that type of rear view mirror from a salvage yard?

Every other Disco I looked at had a hitch receiver. Is this something I can get at a salvage yard or buy aftermarket?

Thanks. RS

Get that front driveshaft checked! Make sure you don't have to add a couple grand to that $11k you've already spent!
