Broken key in ignition

Default Broken key in ignition
95 Disco I with 162k on the clock. Starter went out so i had to get the girl towed to the shop. Tow truck driver broke the key off in the ignition. Any ideas on how to tackle this mess? Any help is appreciated.

yeah, take it to the dealership..tell them to put their best guy on it and to use the best parts..spare no expense..then make the tow company pay for it all. If they don't then take them to court.

Why because the tow truck drive had the misfortune to be the one in the car when the key finally broke.

Might have been bad luck. Just saying

that truck has probably been started 10,000 times by a couple of owners..tow truck driver starts it once and breaks it. I say the odds are he was turning it with too much force.
