Thanks all, definitely the water pump as you all said. After getting the fan shroud off this morning I was able to really give it a good turn attempt and its stiff, sticking and grinding.
Initially thought ACE and was hoping I could just do a bypass for now. So off to fix this thing. I made a note of the fan clutch Savannah, thanks for that.

I'm seeing huge discrepancy in prices between these pumps or am I seeing "mechanical" and the whole housing units?
What's your advice on exactly what I need? I.E. from CAP, Foreign Auto...etc.
