Unfortunately the seals wear or dry out over time particularly if the A/C isn't used regularly. You need to engage the full A/C at least once a week for 15+ minutes to keep the seals lubed and flexible. As it says on the MCC Smart website 'use it or lose it', good advice.

X1 ............... good advice. The recharge procedure is in the RAVE manual.
