Yes, with upgraded gearing and axles. I wouldn't run them on stock driveline.

I recently setup a 1992 RRC for a customer who was going to run 35". HD Front and Rear axles with HD flanges($1300) and I set up his diffs with 4.37s ($350/diff for the gears, $200 to set them up in the diff including new Timken bearings and corteco seals) Add another $900/diff if you want a locker.

Just replaced this engine. The 4th camshaft bearing was gone. The main bearings looked great and I had almost 200k the rod bearings were so so. The cam bearings went out the back, idk if you could replace them in the car.

the cam bearing can be done in the truck but not easily, the last fellow how did them i think had a handle like f150 or something like that he did a post with pix. iirc
