Just about wrapped up and realized the new ball joints didn’t come with new nuts. I’ll try Napa in the morning, but in the likely event they don’t have any, can I reuse the old ones?

 

Yep, so long as they don't have any significant damage (marred threads, crack(s), etc.).

 

Make sure the self locking feature (nylon) on the nut still works, ie you have a hard time threading by hand once it hits the nylon portion on the nut. if so, its totally serviceable. If you can thread the thing all the way down by hand, get a new set of nuts.
