Can you change the condenser without removing the radiator?

You can on a 99-02 as well. You can disconnect all the radiator mounting hardware, and with the fan blade/fan clutch removed push it back enough to get the AC Condenser core out. The difference I can think of is the 03-04 grill comes easier, but the is pretty much the same.
