Atlantic British will price match. I've had nothing but excellent service from them. I had one faulty part that they took back and refunded without question.

That price match is a common retailer trick. BA primarily sells 1) OEM brand and 2) "British Atlantic" brand parts.

This means:
1) New OEM parts are always high due to reseller pricing controls. So saving $20 on a $380 fuel pump you price matched, vs. paying $75 for a Herko brand fuel pump on eBay is still a huge loss.
2) You can't actually price match their BA branded parts, because they hide the real manufacturer.

You might get lucky on some budget parts I've found spending the money for OEM or name brand to be worth it. I've tried 2 or 3 retail brand replacement parts on my DII and always end up replacing them with OEM or equivalent. Just had my second budget brand O2 sensor crap out just outside of warranty that I replaced with Bosch. I did buy a parts store radiator instead of the $300.00 plus OEM one so time will tell if that was a mistake.

My trust level is going down as well. Ordered a GAP4 and other parts, and it's been 30 days no shipping yet. Blame it on holidays and mismanaged shipping yada yada. I ask for refund and of course all items show except for one. I ask to ship same day, and provide tracking..radio slient.... Which is leading me to believe they are yanking my chain. So, for those who are future customers, ya be worn, have very low expectations and hope they are legit. I wont' vouch for them until I see parts I ordered.

Not a fan of Lucky8 at all. They misrepresent products over and over. They show OEM or genuine then ship aftermarket, which can found (exact same item) for half the price. I had this a couple times including with a rear driveshaft as outlined in this thread:

ditto on the swapping of products shipped VERSUS what they listed on the advertisement. Specifically, the rebuilt kits for the power steering boxes. EVERY single kit I
found online was showing the GENUINE OEM version but was shipping the allmakes aftermarket one.

I have purchased several parts from Lucky8 and have had a positive experience every single time. Reasonable price, fast shipping, quality packaging, and quality part- glad that they are still around.

I haven't had any issues with Lucky8 in ages. Way back in the day I had a few issues, and I had a replacement transmission line literally fall apart and nearly cost me a transmission out near Big Bend of all places, but they did refund my $$ for the defective POS line immediately (trail fix is STILL on the truck and I think it's far better quality vs some of the parts available today!). I usually end up using their Ebay store or I email Sean or Erik.

I have learned to buy through their amazon store if I have no other choice than Lucky8. For whatever reason it ships faster and for free, and returns are easier.

Early 2025 - I ordered a set of wheel arch plastic trims, which have been avail for like 15 years to replace the JLR genuine ones -- the website said PROPER SPEC but in pics, I confirmed they were the Britpart ones that were pretty good (better than the Genuine LR ones). This was good because these have gone NLA recently.

What showed up was some bull**** Aliexpress crap, that was terrible quality. I kept them and just whatever... but ... I do not like vendors that either rebrand or misrepresent brands of parts they sell. But I paid like $360 for the Britpart ones.

BTW I’m not advocating Britpart as “Good quality” but those wheel arch trims actually were based on and replaced the genuine LR ones, and LR contracted them to make them for like the last 15-20 years and then the genuine ones were relabeled and marked up Britpart. Which is why I specifically bought the set from L8.
