My old rear trailing arm bushings was twisted on the passenger side (front/ rear bushing) so I got new power flex bushings and it is doing the same thing, any one else have similar issues and a solution? Put pics of rear/rear trailing arm bushings as everything looks good there. It has a newer watts linkage and all looks good there. 3 in terrafirma lift, the sway bar links look like might need to be replaced but are intact and doubt that could cause this. Any ideas ?
Aye, I couldn’t imagine running poly for radius arm bushings. Have you considered just going back to stock? That might help your situation. Also make sure the torque is correct, those bolts have a pretty high torque spec.
I tightened while on the ground and did torque it, going to remove and retorque but almost seems like it needs a spacer, may go back to stock if I can’t figure it out, was just passenger side
Here is a pic of my Powerflex front bushing on the rear radius arm.
The installation diagram shows the two halfs are slightly different... part A and part B. Plus it comes with a sleeve and spacer. I am wondering if both halfs got mixed around, or you are missing the spacer or sleeve that prevent poly bush from collapsing.
