keeps car partially draining battery. when battery is dead i CAN get key out...jumpo the battery and statrts all over can't get key out drains battery needs a jump and can get out when battery is dead HELP PLEASE

 

trying to understand your post is hard enough, I think I got it though and have no clue why this would happen, good luck

 

How strange, you also did not say which model you have.

Not sure why you can not remove the key from the ignition when the battery is charged.. as the power has no bearing on the lock which is still mechanical.
