Default Can't get rid of waterfall

I have a 1998 D1. The vehicle was overheating and had a waterfall sound/no heat at idle. I followed the procedure of filling the overflow tank up while cold and opening purge valve in radiator. I capped the purge valve off as soon as fluid started to come out and filled the expansion tank full. Now, I have heat at idle, but still a slight swishing noise under the dash. I even tried this procedure with the front end jacked up, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Do it again, there's still air in the system. Is there a purge valve near the hoses that run to the heater core?

If you still can't stop the noise, don't drive it and send me your tele number.

No, there is not purge valve. I have done this 5 times. I have also squeezed the upper hose and this did not work.
