CDL Slop?
Just picked up a transmission/transfer case combo from the wrecking yard I was wondering with the CDL engaged, should there be any slop between the front and rear outputs? It seems like I can rotate one or the other a fair amount before the other begins to rotate. I’ve never had both driveshafts disconnected from mine before to see if this is normal. Is this a sign of wear and should I return it?
