Exclamation check engine light/waterfall/varying level

hey guys. alright less than a month ago I had my head gasket done, new thermo, plugs wires..I had waterfall taking it in and I had it very faintly the day I picked the truck up and then never again ...I wrote it off. no problems, no puddles, no leaks. I parked in a spot where someone had leaked oil and my mom said asked if my truck was leaking..I checked and said no, but my coolant was 3 inches down from normal cold operation height. this morning, it was another inch lower, barely visible in the res. my brother started the truck and the res filled back up almost to normal..still no leaks.

no coolant on the dipstick. no leaks on the head gasket exterior.

drove it to church about 2 miles, came out and started it up and the cel came on, isn't going away. I have to drive the truck about 250mi home today to get it to the shop/my tools.

help.

and there's waterfall post CEL illumination.

my plan is to pop the drain plug, bleed the system and then get home carefully.

can I do it with the block warm?

Man this is a tough one, I would def start with bleeding the system again.
Yes you can do it with the engine warm but it does work best when starting with a cold engine.

good news. ses/cel was for an o2 sensor. still no leaking, so I'm just gonna get it home and bleed the system. update to come.
